Fritz Jünker - Designer & Consultant (Little Italy, San Diego, CA, USA / Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas, BCS, México) With 20 years of experience in exclusively high-rise condominium architecture, design, construction, building engineering, development, board management, and administration liaising, Fritz is uniquely equipped to assist in your urban real estate decisions and investments. From 2006-2022, he operated Fritz Jünker Design & Remodeling in downtown Portland, Oregon U.S.A. His company was a regionally-known and award-winning General Contracting firm specializing in high-rise HOA condo projects. In that long career as a luxury design-build general contractor and consultant, he completed over 100 projects for private owners, home owners associations, management companies, developers, investors, and real estate professionals. His design and construction projects have been featured in Dwell Magazine, Architectural Digest, and Oregon Home Magazine.

An Iowa native, in his spare time, Fritz is a ‘Deep Lounge’ electronica DJ known as ‘FLIGHTplan,’ is an overland adventurer, and is a certified Catamaran Captain. He is also involved in commercial real estate, entertainment, and hospitality development projects in México, as the current COO of Inner Child Entertainment LLC. In a previous career, he was a professional musician, music & film industry executive, and an independent filmmaker. Fritz has lived on four continents, and speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese.
