What is an Owners Representative? - An owner's representative is a professional with industry-specific knowledge and expertise who acts on behalf of the owner, ensuring goals and projects align with the owner's vision, budget, and outcomes. They act as a trusted advisor and advocate for the owner, representing their interests throughout all phases, and managing other relationships with sub-providers such as general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and more.

You are a realtor with a client or a buyer looking to purchase a condo in San Diego:

  • Get advice or assistance to select a condo building and specific unit based on your needs and goals

  • Evaluate the existing condition of a condo unit you wish to purchase, and determine remodeling potential

  • Evaluate the fiscal health of the HOA (Board efficiency, reserves, assessments, likely future capital projects)

  • Evaluate the physical condition of the building (age, original build quality, included/excluded unit systems, building systems health)

This process involves capturing the dimensions of the existing space with a laser measuring process, and then creating the new design. With this methodology, you know exactly what you are getting, and how it will look and feel. You can even “walk around” virtually in the proposed new spaces!
